I have over 25 Years experience of delivering high quality Health and Safety and Risk Management Services around the world

I started my career at Fisons Pharmaceuticals Plc as a research chemist and then moved into chemical plant operations followed by site management which included Health and Safety, Risk Management and Security. With the demise of Fisons I was made redundant and at that time was Head of Loss Prevention, reporting to the main board, and had worldwide responsibilities.

After a brief spell of working as an independent consultant I joined Willis Corroon Hinton which, following a number of changes became part of Willis Ltd, one of the worlds largest insurance brokers. I started as a Senior Consultant and then became a Divisional Director primarily involved in delivering Health and Safety consultancy to a wide range of public and private sectors including numerous FTSE 250 companies.

When I left to form my own business at the end of 2006 I was Risk Management Director responsible for a team of consultants providing Health and Safety and Risk Management services.
